Conflict is inevitable, but how we engage is optional.
Why Mediation?
Cost-effective
Expedient
Confidential
Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution that leverages the help of a third-party neutral to help facilitate resolution. Litigation and trial often results in protracted, expensive, and emotionally draining processes where neither party is satisfied with the outcome.
Mediation helps parties find resolution cost effectively, expediently, and confidentially. Importantly, mediation provides parties with control over their outcomes.
